EOS France appoints Estelle Carpentier as Director of Human Resources and Ismaïl Dounas as Director of Development

  • EOS France, an investor specialising in debt acquisition and management, announces two appointments: Estelle Carpentier has been appointed Director of Human Resources and Ismaïl Dounas has been appointed Director of Development. They join the EOS France Management Committee chaired by Nathalie Lameyre.

In her new role, Estelle Carpentier will be responsible for implementing EOS France's human resources strategy in order to support the growth ambitions of the company, which currently has more than 650 employees in France.

Ismaïl Dounas will be responsible for developing new partnerships and improving customer relations, in line with the company's strategic plan.

Biographies

A graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University in labour law, Estelle Carpentier has over fifteen years of experience in labour relations, HR development and change management. She has worked in the financial sector (SFIL - a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts) and the industrial sector (Suez and Engie).

She joined EOS France in 2024 as Deputy Director of Human Resources before being appointed Director of Human Resources at the end of 2025.

A graduate of EM Lyon Business School, Ismaïl Dounas has fifteen years of experience in strategy consulting. He began his career at Valyans Consulting as a strategy consultant. He then worked for several companies, including BNP Paribas, Capgemini Invent and Stanwell Consulting.

He joined EOS France as Director of Development in June 2025.
