Let's start with the basics!

Fraudsters are constantly developing new methods to get your personal data. This can lead to identity theft, and your stolen data could be used to make online purchases. Therefore, it's important to always check if a letter or email is really from the right sender. Here you can find the reasons why you have received a letter from EOS.

What is phishing?

Why you need to protect yourself

Through phishing, criminals attempt to obtain personal data such as credit card numbers or login information for online banking. To do this, they use emails or letters that imitate the appearance of companies like ours. At EOS, we will never ask you for your passwords, online PINs, or other similar information. To check a claim or make an online payment, please always use the secure payment feature on our service portal.
